Armor Home Inspections
Buying a new home may be one of the most important decisions of your lifetime. You need to be as informed as possible to ensure that you make the best decision that you can. Do your homework, research your home and neighborhood to find the best house available. Then hire a reputable home inspector.
A typical home inspection covers all the major components of a home including structure, foundation, electrical, plumbing, appliances, roofing, heating, and air conditioning. Armor Home Inspections will provide you another set of trained eyes to help you understand the condition of your selected property and hopefully prevent unpleasant (and costly) surprises.
Most home inspections will take an average of three hours depending on the size and age of the house. At the end of the inspection you will receive a verbal summary, if present. The written report containing photographs and illustrations is sent via email the same day.
